I was literally trying to link my bill me later account to the pay pal account and got so frustrated when it didn't go through. Two days on the computer and on the phone and no luck! When I called what I thought was customer service for pay pal, the rep stated I needed to call pay pal credit and they could help me. Huh? As a new user, I could have sworn I reached pay pal????? Not to mention, my 18 month old son was not cooperating with me while working the computer and talking to customer service. Thank goodness I connected to Shannon H ID # 1319477... She saw there was something wrong, but didn't just tell me to call another pay pal area - she dealt with it. My kinda gal!!! Customer service oriented, personable and sincere! If everyone could practice Shannon's work ethic values, customers would be satisfied which intern would bring more prolonged business relationships. I truly appreciate her and when she solved the problem by reaching out to another support area as opposed to me calling, she would not disconnect the call or tell me to call back or even say try again in a few and it should be ok to link your account. No, she waited, checked for me and made sure everything was taken care of. I practice customer satisfaction in my daily profession and Shannon went above the call of duty! Thank you for keeping chivalry alive Shannon and taking pride in the company you work for and in yourself. I did not cancel my account because of you! I hope you are recognized and are awarded. You are a true asset to the pay pal organization. Its great when a company hires great people...Thanks again Shannon!
