Upon simply signing in to https://www.paypal.com" with my normal login, I get "Fatal Error" - no other message or error. This is VERY disconcerting -- and has NOTHING to do with PayPal Buttons or Frames on custom pages - it is on PayPal's main web site: https://www.paypal.com -- by simply signing in with my credentials. So, obviously, it's the PayPal site and web servers themselves. FYI, i'm using latest IE11 with all updates, on Windows 7 with all updates. Here is an 'archived' discussion about the same error, but regarding PayPal buttons & frames: /t5/Donations-and-Fundraising/Re-Fatal-Failure-message/td-p/91556 "Re: Fatal Failure message 08-24-2010 07:58 PM "Fatal Failure" - combinations, permutations, but no solutions! This is not just about the Donate buttons! I buy on eBay in Firefox, but have to pay in IE, since I get the Fatal Failure error message when moving from eBay to PayPal. Others seem to have the problem in reverse! Google lists about 1,900 results for eBay and "Fatal failure." But eBay Customer Service people know nothing! They are nice, but know nothing! Have tried most of the solutions suggested without any luck! Is anyone in Technical Support at eBay or PayPal reading these posts? Thanks, Norman"
