Similar case for me: Two Unathorized accounts made. One was the GREENDOT ACCOUNT and the other one was a GE Capital Account. Both accounts ended with the same 4 numbers. I only caught it because I checked my email and had a Chinese Paypal email that I had to translate. I reported it and the transfer was reveresed and funds back in my Paypal account by the time I got back to my summary page. Not sure what is up, but if they're getting hacked this badly, then they need to do some seriouis security upgrades. It's just weird to me that the money got reveresed so quickly. Kinda makes me think it's a glitch on Paypals part although I don't know how that could be. Seriously messed up though whatever it is. Peace in the mid east, raining in spain.
