Hi all. I have been using my local po to post prepaid eBay items for many years now but today was different. I had 11 items normally 2 or 3. The problems started when I informed them 5 of the item's were recorded delivery. They moaned about the extra work involved typing in the details to create the stamp. I was not happy and an argument started. They claimed I was holding up the po even though no one was behind me ! They also claimed I was wasting my time with prepaid post as they had to enter the details anyway. He also mentioned something about not getting any money which was not my concern as I am a royal mail customer and have no dealings with internal affairs. I felt I was treated very badly by Comber Po. Newtownards N I. whom I thought I had a good relationship with until today. Why are they treating me like they don't want my custom ?
