Hello, I am a reputable eBay seller, I have 97% Good feedback in the last year. I have recently started to drop ship. What this means is a person buys an item from me and I buy from my supplier and they send it to the person. However, I do not have the funds to buy the item from the supplier because they are being held by PayPal? I don't know why they are holding funds, I have been selling through the year, all my items have good feedback. Please advise me on what to do. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks, Chris
