Can anyone help me on escalating rude, unhelpful close-minded paypal employee? I am a new seller on ebay and have documented my problem but paypal employee will not tell me who I can escalate too. They say I cannot get to a supervisor and they only transfer me to a random person who pretended they didn't know what my problem was with my funds. I asked repeatedly to speak to someone I can escalate too and she said she "is the escalation" process. She then said there is no one to transfer me to as if she was Ms PayPal. and said I would have to call back to speak to another random person. The first random person was able to transfer me to her. It was a round and round circle game I do not wish to participate in. I need to know if there is anyone in PayPal I could speak to. I sent an email and I am minutes away from escalating to Ebay and then to the Better Business Bureau...but as always I want to give Paypal a chance to fix the problem before going public. Any HELP out here?
