I have been using Paypal for a number of years now (mostly with Ebay). It has always been straightforward an no hassel. Whenever I want to make a payment or access my account I get an SMS Code sent to my mobile and its done. However I am lately getting sent to a 'Confirm Account Ownership' page with the only options to 'Verify' my account (by answering two questions OR phoning a preium rate number (Cannot access any 'Email Support'). I dont know what to do as I have answered the two questions which it is not accepting and I am NOT going to phone that number. Why is this happening all of a sudden? I thin there was a problem with the Paypal site sometime last week as it kept playing up whilst I was trying to pay for something. It would send me an SMS Code to my Mobile but then kept refusing it! I have been having this issue with my account ever since.
