The title says it all - send you complaint/issues with Paypal to them directly - watchdog AT bbc .co.uk   The way Paypal operate is a joke. I have 100% positive feedback on Ebay, am fully verfied and usually get money immediately. As of yesterday all withdrawals take 72 hours. I have been told this is due to change of information. I have not changed anything. Same IP, same computer as always with the same cookies, usual sums of money received, tracking added for all items sold, 100% positive feedback, no new cards or bank account added etc etc.    There is no justification for this whatsoever it is just an excuse to hold our money and make interest. I suggest if you are having this problem you contact BBC Watchdog as they are currently investigating paypal (AGAIN) and they want to hear from anyone encountering these issues. I have received my money within 2 hours previously. My account is in perfect order. I have 100% feedback on Ebay. I want to know why now all my withdrawals are taking 3 days to reach my bank account. When I click on the withdrawal button it says I get my money withint 2 hours, I click to confirm and then it changed to 72 hours. This is not acceptable. I now have three transactions all held up for 3 days for items I have sold and I can't get my money for three days. I can't carry on using paypal if you are going to operate like this I will need to find another provider. Either this matter gets rectifed and I get my money as and when I need it or I use a company who will give it to me. Items have been delivered last week, signed for with tracking, positive feedback left still my funds are not released! Have sent messages via Twitter and Paypal and simply get ignored or on occassion stupid questions asked that I have already answered.   Not going to keep using Paypal if this is the way it will be.   Transactions - 8KT31940UP188680H (signed for Royal Mail) funds held,  9CD68007BS971851L (Signed for last week chronopost.fr), 1NM16724YM0767730 (signed for, positive feedback left last week).   I am really unimpressed. I was told that after goods were signed for 3 days ago or positive feedback left my funds would be released. These funds show as not being released until Christmas. This is unacceptable.   Also my withdrawals are now taking 72 hours again regardless of the fact I have no restrictions on my account and funds were arriving immediately last week.   This is really unprofessional. I want the above transactions released today and withdrawn to my bank account immediately not in another 3 days!! Here we go again with more problems! Transactions 2T036405VW777235X    &    213988624Y8046245 held since received. Items sent on the 2nd of November, received and signed for the next day, positive feedback left. No money for me! Ebay say funds were available since last week but of course they are not. It is outrageous. What more can we do? Post at my own cost special delivery or Parcelforce next day, require a signature and give tracking info. Customer is happy and leaves positive feedback, Ebay say funds are available. A week later I still don't have my funds and my mortgage payment is due on the 14th. Even when the funds are received i will have to wait another 3 days for them to be released for payment to my account under the pretence of more 'checks' this is regardless of the fact my account is fully verified and my bank account, ID and card have been verified.   I have already filed a complaint with the FSA and I am taking this to Facebook, Twitter and emailing BBC watchdog who I have already been in contact with last week and who are going to feature these shambolic cases on their TV programme. ID - 1DR861871V3593844 I have had no end of problems with Paypal. Sold stuff on Ebay, everything special delivery with signed proof of delivery. Upload tracking immediately (all goods received within 24 hours of payment!). Positive feedback received for all purchases and tracking proved for ALL. All transactions held even now a week after goods received and positive feedback left, even though Ebay says that funds should be available. Paypal says they won't be available until the end of NOVEMBER?? This is outrageous. Not to mention that even when I am eventually allowed my OWN money each transfer to the bank is held for another THREE days without fail. I have spoken to the FSA this morning and they have told me to put this complaint into writing and they will investigate and I suggest anyone else having the same issues takes the same action. There are no grounds for holding funds after goods have been proven to be received. I have also proven my ID by bank, card and ID so there are no grounds there either. I am also posting this to Twitter and Facebook also to make sure everyone knows that this is unlawful and action can be taken. I won't be accepting Paypal anymore on Ebay or my website. bizarre. I did a job for someone a month ago (gardening). Funds we received and held for three weeks. Finally allowed to withdraw them a few days ago but now been pending for over 2 days and no doubt for at least another day. Then I sold three items on Ebay each sent next day special delivery, all received and confirmed by tracking and positive feedback left for everything. Funds still being held even though Ebay say the funds are available they are not in Paypal. I am sick of this. I am posting on Twitter and Facebook next and hopefully someone should sort this out. I should not have to jump through hoops and wait for weeks when the items are confirmed as received and the buyers have left positive feedback. Won't be using ebay/paypal again! ... View more
