I recently tried to buy something from ebay, The seller informed me that their paypal account connected to ebay was wrong so please can i cancel the payment (pending) Obviously i canceled the payment, after that paypal informed me that the money should be in my paypal balance, Not even a hint that the refund would be on hold. After refreshing my screen a number of times the accound balance was still £0.00 so thought oh good they put it in my bank account. So i payed the seller again into their other account which has resulting my being overdrawn by over £50 due to paypal holding my money. Surely this is stealing? Please help
