Hello guys, I have bought a game from a seller through Paypal and I haven't received the item even after 2 weeks. So, I filed a complaint on PayPal stating that I haven't received it and would like to cancel and reject the order with a refund of the amount I paid. Now the seller has responded that I downloaded the game some how when it was clearly mentioned during the purchase that I was paying for Goods/product and not service. Besides there is no proof from the seller that he/she has posted the item in any manner to me. Well, the problem is I just received an Email from Paypal stating that they have received a reply from seller providing the tracking number and that PayPal hasn't verified it yet. The tracking number he provided was " Item delivered online tracking # Download Complete". Now on PayPal page it says "Action required" but there is no option in the page that lets me reply to this situation? What am I supposed to do?
