I'm having the same problem. This definitely started after the app upgrade. I have to manually enter credit card numbers because swiping the card doesn't do anything any longer. This worked just fine before the app upgrade. It takes a few minutes longer to punch the numbers in while the customer is waiting. Not efficient at all. I'm not getting the customer's name for record, plus it's charging slightly more fees!! I don't beleive it's the device, but the app. Please fix! asap!!
