I recently sent a payment to a supplier who gave me the wrong paypal account email. Two days later the vender emailed me to ask where the payment was, and we found the email error. I went to my account, saw the funds had not been accepted and pressed the "cancel transaction" button. Paypal then froze the funds for 4 days, claiming they had to be "confirmed". The fact is the "funds" never left Paypal's account, yet they needed "confirming". I think they like to collect the interest on my funds as long as possible. Not Happy. RMC
