This is **bleep**. I was set up with PAD and when I used it it even confirmed it was PAD. If I had tried to buy something the regular way I would have been denied because my bank account had insufficient funds. So low and behold the next day (Today) I was charged and now I am overdrawn on my account. Another thing too is I was charged for shipping on an item I sold and shipped yesterday as well. Instead of it taking the money out of the sellers payment when the funds become availble. So now I am going to have 2 overdrafts because of paypal. The last time I am using them again. For now on I am just gonna tell people to send me a money order if possible. Tired of getting **bleep** over by paypal
