Please find below the mai exchange I had with my vendor in May when I noticed the recurring charge (with nothing in return since my computer had been stolen) I sent another email in august when I oticed that itead my account being credited it had been debited again. I sent the refernce but I do not recall ever receiving any answer. Therefore, I would truly appreciate any suggestions for treating this situation.
