Hi My account limit in Jan 24, 2014 with case ID for this reason is PP-002-918-180-219 and This limitation cannot be appealed. In Jul 28, 2014 I have problem with login and paypal give me case PP-003-302-523-296 tell me send document for add bank and withdraw, I had been phone contact many time, support tell me again this, say me fax document or login to account and upload, but they forget when limitation cannot be appealed, will not have upload form in account. And I had been fax and email my document scan in 09/18/2014 Today , I recieve email: For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues I want to say: I don't contact for remove limit, I contact because I can not add bank and withdraw my money, when from Jan 24, 2014 to today , more 180 days In my paypal account show I can add bank, withdraw, but when I add bank, It say error, can not add bank Now please fix this error .
