Yes, though this is my 4th clean, commented transaction.  Guess that still makes me untested?  I get that, but when the buyer posts that she's happy with the transaction, shouldn't that kind of speed things up? ... View more

Hi everyone,   I get that some delays are inevitable in eBay transaction funds availability in order to maintain leverage if a deal goes badly, but how can 10+ days be defended for delayed funds for an eBay sale that has been delivered and positive feedback posted by the purchaser?  Not surprisingly, my eBay invoice and Paypal fees were pulled from my bank account instantly.  It's bad enough that eBay and its subsidiary, Paypal each take their piece of a transaction, AND sit on all activities in order to accumulate interest on the funds, but I stilll can't sort out the justification for delays when everyone is happy and the deal is long done.   Are there others with similar thoughts? ...
