I got my Visa card before 3 days and i maked paypal and try to verify my debit card but i typed the code wrong few times and now it says "We have disabled the use of this card on Paypal" i send to Customer support images and all the informations but i need the paypal urgently is it any chance to get it faster ? Because like this i must wait 7-10 days... And i got the right code from the bank now. Sorry for bad english.
