Unfortunately as this is a member to member help group, we cannot resolve issues such as this. As long as the card has a Visa or MC logo, the name on the card is the same as you used to setup your account with and the date is valid, it should work, else you should follow-up with customer support for assistance as they can check a few things out for you.
