I'm getting this repeatedly today. I've tried with FireFox browser on my XP machine, with Chrome on my XP machine and with FF on a Windows 7 machine, all get the same useless response.. I'm trying to ship customer orders, I can't wait 30 minutes and see if anything happened with my account. Has anyone else experienced this repeatedly, lately, and did you have any way of getting satisfaction? If so, would love to hear what you have done.. I did call the Help line, and they said they are doing some "upgrade", but i'm doubtful.. Thanks ! Bob
