I just realized that this forum addresses UK issues. I'm in the US. I had discovered, although it's been about a year, that paying UK merchants via PayPal (from my computer) was not possible unless I temporarily disabled two-factor security. I haven't tested this recently. Of course it's extremely unfortunate if the mobile app continues to be crippled for users in the UK. I wish that I'd made a note about when the mobile app on my Droid Ultra started working again with the two factor security enabled. I also can't remember if I was informed that it was working via an email (or text) from PayPal or if I just tried it once in a while. Anyway it's been working for what seems to have been about a year. This post isn't going to be much help to those continuing to experience issues except to let them know that at least one person using an older Android phone is able to use the app. ... View more

I just realized that I've signed onto the UK Community instead of the US so the work-around I'm hoping to use here in the US may not work in the UK.    I'm wondering if any of you are using your mobile browser for transactions since the mobile app isn't working with two-factor authentication enabled? I find that I can log in but haven't tried to transfer funds yet from the mobile browser. ... View more
