I'm getting the same issues constantly with PAD. One minute it works and the next it doesn't even through the same shop. Items I've been needing fast are going out of stock because I don't quite have the funds. I've never had a single issue paying on PAD and I find it to be both useful and a great peace of mind to use. It seems to only work one time out of 50 attempts.
