Hi there! I have a PayPal account but i decided to pay for an item as a guest! The item arrived a week late, so i emailed the seller and they said they would refund me postage and my item was on its way. Once recieveing the item it has stains all down it, which was not stated in its discription - therefore the item was incorrectly advertise. I have since then got in touch with the seller as i still havent receieved my postage back, i have also said i want to return the item and they are not responding back to me. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasasions. I have been told by ebay i have to get in touch with PayPal but as i paid as a guest user i do not have a transation ID. Please advise what i need to do. Thanks.
