My very first paypal purchase was out of stock. I was informed after I paid. The company then offered my a refund. I said yes to the refund, they sent it along with an invoice regarding said refund. My paypal account says the money has been refunded, but shows a balance if zero. I have checked my bank accounts as well many many times and still nothing. So where is my $169.00? This is a huge deal for me. Cant get ahold of anyone at paypal and pYpal system kicks me out when I try to email regarding this issue. Is this jyst a bug scam ir what?
