Don't bother with it,..... it's a complete waste of time and never ending charging.   I end up using just the app on it's own although we are charged a higher rate this way.  Very unfair as it is because of the Paypal here device not working in the first place.   I had 5 readers in just over 12 months, not one of them would hold the battery charge.   Shame on Paypal. ... Clearly the new device is not adequate to do the job either.  Absolutely shocking  that Paypal are still offering it!!!!  I have been let down on so many occasions, if you cannot produce a device to do a job which it is designed for why not at least offer us lower rates with just using the app alone?? Very PROJECTRX8 !!   I also have had 5 devices in just over a year, switched OFF not one of them would last 6 days and in STANDY mode not one would last 24 hours.  Using the USB lead supplied by PayPal although I could have used any even though they are not the same but they are apparently (as advised by PayPal). I think you have a good opportunity to return it.  As it's not fit for purpose as it just doesn't do the job. the most transactions I have processed through any one of my 5 devises is actually 4 or 5 before it has died,  the battery life is diabolical but my devices have all stopped pairig up too. Yes David, thankyou. I have finally received my fifth (yes fifth) device after ordering it on the 20 th June.  Apparently one was sent to me but returned as they could not find me. ( my building has only been here since the 1970's)  I have corrected the address several times by various methodswith PayPal.  This one finally found me by luck although the address was still incorrect.   To be fair after a long conversation on the phone my funds were released immediately which was good, however I was still penalised with the higher charges due to a faulty product. Which I must admit I think is very UNFAIR.   I am hoping my last device will do the job as it is supposed to and that we can appear proffessional once again to our  valued customers.
