Yeah when you sign up they make it seem like it applies to all transactions. Go ahead, relax, you can pay after delivery! Enjoy your purchases now, pay later! Go crazy! I bought a phone this morning thinking this was going to be the case. Then I received an email from the seller thanking me for the fast payment. I check my account only to see that it had been immediately paid through my bank account. The money that was in there was for my car payment and now I'm going to have to sell something in order to cover the difference. Thanks P.A.D.!!!
