Hi guys, yesterday, someone called me telling me that I was qualified for a free travel card since the bank where my card was issued was connected with them. Somehow, they were able to convince me to give vital information on my credit card and they closed the call. The next day, I received an email from PP saying that I sent a payment to that travel agency although I did not authorize for a transfer of money. I was then told by my bank that those could have been scammers so as advised by them, I changed my bank details (account number, etc.). Now my question is, can I cancel the payment sent by PP to the travel agency? I made a dispute but I'm a little bit impatient and nervous since money is involved. As per my bank, the payment is still on float status and that I should contact PP since the transaction is between me and PP, apparently. Thanks
