I too have grown tired of this nonsense when buyers request to cancel their order just mere minutes after placing it. We're left on the hook relisting the item (losing search engine standing) and then paying the ridiculous 30 cent transaction fee to PayPal, while the buyer gets 100% of their money back and goes on their merry way. The buyer is clearly at fault for this, and THEY should (at minimum) absorb this 30 cent fee for changing their mind. A few times, I've went ahead and just shipped the item anyway. In doing so, it closes out their cancellation request and if they want to return it, they'll be on the hook for the return shipping AND the 20% restocking fee that I charge. Granted, they COULD claim snad, leave a neg, etc... but it's getting to the point where I just don't care anymore. Multiple times now I've had buyers request to cancel just moments after placing the order, and I just send the item anyway and refuse the cancellation. They receive the item(s), and I never hear back from them again. eBay is making it too easy for idiots to buy things and then cancel because they find it cheaper, change their mind, etc. This is eBay... not Wal-Mart. I'm tired of the nonsense and catering to idiotic buyers who are indecisive and don't bother to read anything before hitting the "buy" button.
