So i sold something on ebay and sent it and it went missing with the courier, all tarcking details were given to paypal and the buyer, because a case was opened the funds were held so i payed the funds into my account to cover that, then the buyer received a refund and they didnt use the held money but took another payment out of my account and put it in the minus, ive noticed that the funds are still being held and paypal are telling me there is nothing they can do and its ebay, now my ebay shows the case was resolved and the buyer refunded!! I am getting nowhere with either ebay or paypal, what can i do!!!
