I bought a software license from a seller for marketing software for Tumblr. Which I recived and code and a key to activate the software.   I bought the first license and it seemed to work fine so I bought another license for another peice of software from him.   The next peice of software did not work. So I decided to e-mail the maker of the software on his page which he promises free support and updates. I e-mailed him before the 4th of July two times in a row. No response. I came back after vacation and sent him a third e-mail explaining my problem that his software did not work.    So I decided to open a dispute because he was avoiding my e-mails and the software was not as described like he said.  So the software I was already using he decided to terminate early before my time period was not even over because I opened a dispute on the not as described software he sold me.    So Paypal decided in the sellers favor and now I'm short $80. I feel defeated, What else can I do           ... View more
