I recently bought an item on ebay and used paypal to pay for it and it was taken from my bank account via direct debit. I then returned the item (it was too small for me) and the seller agreed to issue me with a full refund, The case has now been completed and my transactions show the money back going into it. However the balance is stating £0. How do I transfer the funds back to my bank account when my balance is showing zero? I really could do with these funds in my bank account as I have now purchased a replacement and my bank account is now minus the cost of 2 items. Will this be moved back to my bank account automatically or do I have to do something like withdraw and make my paypal account look overdrawn? There is probably a simple answer but I am new to ebay and paypal so would appreciate any advice.
