I have been refunded for a cancelled training course but on my paypal it is showing as refund pending until 10-Jul-14, obviously it's now 10th July and it's still sitting the same. Is this a paypal fault or the person who has refunded? Obviously i'm a little annoyed as that has been a week since I received e-mail to say I had been refunded but I still don't have the funds back. Any help appreciated Thanks
