Since June, I have written to Paypal and they don't even bother read my emails. They just send standard responses, with no sense. I moved back to Brazil, closed my bank account in USA, and I can not make a international calls right now. Anyone could share with me another Paypal email besides the form on the website, which has not solved my problem? I have negative balance of 7.99 from my Netflix subscription. I thought I could continue make my payments from Brazil, but when I contact Brazilian Paypal they say not. Because of the missing of response from Paypal, I have opened a Brazilian account, which was useless because they say they can not accept the payment; and I canceled all my services attached to Paypal. I have spent time to reach out Paypal costumer service. Ironically, they keep sending email awarning me about the negative balance without clue to communicaticate with them. I'm so tired of this.
