I made a payment to my Paypal Smart Balance acct (1st one). It has been 15 days and it still does not reflect in my "available". It is as if I have never made my payment. I paid off the balance. Do they not like for you to payoff the account each time? I have a credit card that takes forever just like this. I pay, its out of my bank account the next day and it takes 2 weeks to free up my available credit. What's up with this? Might have to cancel card for that reason. Today with computers and everything being instant. They are quick to take my money but SLOW on their end.
