Just found out the hard way that PayPal will not protect my purchase because it was a software download. FUTURE NETWORK SOLUTIONS a/k/a ACE NETWORKING UNLIMITED LLC sold me a counterfit copy of MS Office Professional 2013, and even after providing PayPal with three websites that contained hundreds of complaints against Future Network Solutions for not providing the correct activation code, PayPal has refused to refund my $159.99. Never purchase a softward download using PayPal. Yes, I know, I should have read the small print. So here it is: 13.3 Ineligible Items. PayPal Purchase Protection only applies to PayPal payments for certain tangible, physical goods.
