PayPal has agreed to a shipping tracking number from the Vendor I ordered a Car Cam from april 13th and never reveived to this date of July 1.  The Vendor seds me the policy of the USPS which has nothing to do with my not receiving the item I paid for. Pay Pal is siding with a fraud and will not acknowledge I got scammed and closed my dispute of 45 days. Canadians, DO not order from US Vendors as you will pay for something unavailable. I think I'll open an Business account with PayPal and scam the world. ... View more
