This spam email was sent from me to me. It has all the earmarks of a phishing expedition. It starts: "We recently notified you of a complaint we received from a buyer regarding merchandise that either was never received or did not match the original description. We may temporarily hold the funds associated with this transaction while you respond with information about this case. Please review details of the transaction below." This is followed by a "Log into your account" link. The rest of the email contains a name, email, transaction details and other official looking statements and instructions - all of which does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Rather than use the email link I logged into Paypal from a separate window and found no complaint.
