can you help me ! My situation is I cannot get verified :/. Do not have a bank account to link to ,also not proof of address because utility's are not in my name still live at home with grandparents , only have prepaid card and only wanted PayPal so I had proof of orders from eBay . Now I cannot use my pay pal anymore till verified 😕 and i don't know how ! Please help !!!!
