Hi, I opened a dispute to request to return an item to seller and wait for seller response and confirm the return shipping address. The seller does not respond. Should i go ahead and ship the item back without seller acknowlegdment and try to escalate the claim or should i continue to wait until seller response before shipping it back? I want to make sure seller response and agreed and confirm the return shipping address as i don't want to be in the situation not getting refund and not having the item either. Please advise if i should go ahead and ship and provide tracking number or should i wait until seller respond first. Thank you for your help, Tina.
