Hi there. I double checked all the info when i was first having the issue and checked the various topics on paypal and all was correct. When i attempted the transfer again the following morning it all went through fine so i think it was an issue with my bank rather than paypal. I vaguely remember a message from my bank when using my account online about some maintanence they'd be doing so certain services wouldn't be available during a certain time, im guessing this was one of the things!
