I'm wondering if this has something to do with daylight saving time. I do note that here in the states (I don't know where all of you are from) we bumped our clocks up an hour at 2AM local time on 2020-03-08. And 2020-03-07 is the last day that the PayPal transaction history api seems to be working. The URL: https://api.paypal.com/v1/reporting/transactions?start_date=2020-03-07T14:59:59-0000&end_date=2020-03-08T01:59:59-0000&fields=all&page_size=100&page=1 Works for me, but the URL: https://api.paypal.com/v1/reporting/transactions?start_date=2020-03-07T15:00:00-0000&end_date=2020-03-08T01:59:59-0000&fields=all&page_size=100&page=1 What's important about this? 2020-03-07T14:59:59-0000 is 2020-03-07 2:59:59AM at International Date Line West. Add one second to this and you're at 3AM which is what we just sprung up to. Hard to wrap my head around it completely, but it looks to be something to do with daylight saving time. Hard to imagine that PayPal has this issue every year or every time the time changes? Was it like this last year? Nevermind, daylight saving time was 2020-03-08 not 2020-03-07 ... still seems that 2020-03-07T14:59:59-0000 is the last time to work correctly ... so something must've happened then.

How in the world do you contact PayPal? I've got a transaction that didn't send a callback and I'm wanting to know why. Finally, finally, finally found the transaction id. The Recurring Payment profile history page is useless because it doesn't give any information on when payment was collected. Payment is not listed in the Recurring Payments Dashboard.

How does one get PayPal Settlement Reports delivered via SFTP? Despite the Manage Subscription page in Settings saying: "To receive reports by secure FTP, contact Customer Service." This is utterly useless information. When you contact Customer Service the response you get back tells you how you can "click on Reports, go to Transactions, click Settlements, and then click Subscribe" This is fairly typical of any PayPal support response we get. It takes them 16 hours to respond and not answer any questions. So I'll ask the PayPal community how to do this.

We are a business that accepts PayPal and PayPal subscriptions. We have a lot of PayPal subscriptions that were set up with a notify_url for their callback. Recently we made the decision to change the domain name associated with our business and plan to let the old domain eventually expire. However, we still have these subscriptions set up to use this domain name in their notify_url. Is there a way for us to go through all of our subscribes and 1) find the ones that are using this domain name in their callback/notify_url and 2) change those notify_urls to our new domain name?

Is there a way to search PayPal based on customer's transaction id? We run a business and use PayPal as a payment gateway. When a customer pays with PayPal, we get an email with a transaction id AND the customer gets an email with a DIFFERENT transaction id. How can I tie those transactions together? I am wanting (if it's possible) to use the customer's transaction id as a way to verify account ownership. Say the customer forgets their password. They request that it be reset. We ask them for the last transaction id of the PayPal payment that they sent for the account. They provide a transaction id string. How do we search for that transaction id and tie to the transaction that we received for their last payment?

Is there a way to tell PayPal to stop trying to send an IPN call for a transaction? We have a PayPal payment that seems to be caught into IPN purgatory. At this point, I'd like for PayPal to just stop hitting the callback URL for the transaction and we'll handle it manually. It's a WHMCS PayPal callback that's stuck in IPN Handshake Failed and apparently that is the depth of the information you are going to get about the issue.

How is one suppose to diagnose why PayPal is returning INVALID on a _notify-validate command? This is using the sandbox, if that makes any difference, but I am making sure that I am using https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr as the URL. I've tried using GET - https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_notify-validate&.... I've tried POSTing those variables along with cmd=_notify-validate I always get INVALID as the return. The variables are encoded, using urlencode(html_entity_decode($value, ENT_QUOTES) What am I doing wrong?
