Someone wants to buy my Camera. He will add extra money so that I can ship it to South Africa. He will use Paypal for transaction. Can he fund the Paypal with his Credit Card (his or stolen), I ship the item but then he cancels or the Bank refuses, so I will be stuck with no money but I have already ship the item. Can Scammer do this? I won't ship the Camera until the whole transaction is completed and safe but then the Paypal won't release the money. How long will this take? Please advise.
