I unknowingly bought goods from a skeptical website. I realized they were untrustworthy when I couldn't find a customer service phone number and they didnt respond to my e-mails. I want to cancel this transaction however, the status is "unclaimed" and there is no cancel payment option. And for some reason the money has been deducted from my account. I waited on hold with paypal for almost an hour, but cannot wait any longer to speak to a customer service rep. Can anyone help me cancel this payment? Getting a hold of the company/seller is not an option.
