Good morning I have had a bad experience with a seller who sold me an item which wasnt really what he was advertising, I have been very nice, he tried to delay me returning the item, after nearly three weeks of him fobbing me off, I insisted and sent it back recorded, I could track this and he has got the returns. He then eventually refunded me, but it has been pending until yesterday, now nothing?? Am I ever going to get my money. My politeness is wearing off but Im holding back to see what response I get from here x
