Hello, I've been a paypal user for about a year and never had any issues. Just recently my cousin bought my bike from me for 220. i sent him an invoice which was paid immediately. however, the payment was not received and is now labeled "under review" does anyone know how long this will take till i receive the funds and anyway I can fix this earlier? I need the money now so I can pay my rent.
