I am trying to obtain a refund from a seller. The item is a service which provides information on a daily basis by sending an email. When I try and complete the PayPal form I enter the word "service" and explain why I am requesting a refund. But, in spite of this I have to tick a box which relates to problems with physical goods, damage, not as described, etc. If I don't tick a box I'm told I haven't completed the form properly and get nowhere. Has anybody else had this problem. it seems to be a poor design of the website by PayPal. Thanks in advance ALOYSIUS
