Hello, Recently I transferred money from a bank account into my paypal account. The funds should've become available immediately for use. When I go to buy some goods ($10) worth, the payment doesn't go through each time. Do I have to wait a certain time after the transfer is complete to purchase goods online? It's been less than 24 hours since the transfer.
