So I bought a product through the guest payment option. The first time I purchased from the seller I got my product and was satisfied. The second time around my item hasn't shipped out, got no contact from the seller after sending about 4-5 emails since I paid and still no answer. This is concerning me and want nothing more than to have this situation resolved. I would like to try to get a refund back but I'm having trouble going about it. What can I do?
