I have a receipt of a refund from an Item I bought of ebay but I used my paypal to pay. Apart from I paid £46 on card and they sent me a receipt of this and said Paypal at the end of the receipt so I checked paypal but its not gone in. Could this be because of the cyber attack? Or are they just scamming me... As I have been waiting since Thursday....
