Hi,  I work for a non-profit organisation called New Beginningd Portland U.K. I have tried several times to get in contact with PayPal via email but have had no response. I wanted to open an account for the organisation but clicked charity as the business type as there was no other option that suited. I now find that every few weeks I am being asked to provide the relevant documentation to prove that we are a charity organisation. We are not a charity yet so I cannot provide this information. I have tried to change the account type without success. I cannot close the account to start again because we have limitations. Please help, I'm really getting annoyed by this now. It's been over a month and I've had no response from anybody, just threatening emails telling me that if I don't provide the documentation then you will further limit access to the account.
