got scammed by a developer changing product after I purchased it, so I filed a dispute, now after like a month this is what I get "We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because PayPal Purchase Protection only covers goods or services that weren’t delivered or are not as described." So obviously paypal doesn't even cover services or goods that aren't as described, what option do I have no, contacting my bank?
